I believe that we need to see the "WHOLE PICTURE" of the consequences to our choices of how we sustain ourselves on our beautiful planet. Eating fresh close-to-nature organically grown unprocessed food, routinely cleansing inside, spending time in nature, exercising, meditating and sleeping well will, I believe, enable us to stay healthy and balanced into the future, and is key to creating an ecologically sound world.
